How we handle your event brief.
This notice explains the information used by the Trvl8r Corporate & Events website when you plan an event or contact the team.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Information you choose to share
The corporate event brief asks for event type, attendee range, location preference, timeline, service level, budget band, primary concern, name, email and company.
Phone number and additional notes are optional. When you submit a brief, the site also records the browser user agent and referring page to help us understand and support the enquiry.
How the brief is handled
We use the information to understand your requirements, scope the right corporate travel or event support and respond to your enquiry.
When configured, the brief is stored in the site's lead database and a notification may be sent to the Trvl8r team through Telegram. If neither capture route accepts the brief, the site does not show a success confirmation and offers an email fallback instead.
Website measurement
This site loads Google Tag Manager. The data collected depends on the tags configured in that container and may include technical information about visits and interactions.
You can use browser privacy controls or content-blocking tools to limit optional measurement requests.
Questions, access or deletion
For questions about a submitted brief, or to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion, email corporate@trvl8r.com.
Include enough detail for us to identify the enquiry, but do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
